Shipping policy

Nüks Nootropics currently ships orders within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

PROCESSING TIME

Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

Processing times may be extended during high-volume periods, product launches, holidays, or unforeseen operational delays.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

SHIPPING RATES AND OPTIONS

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your selected shipping method and delivery address.

We may offer the following shipping options:

  • Expedited shipping (faster delivery for an additional fee)
  • Free shipping on qualifying orders above a stated threshold (if applicable)

DELIVERY TIME

Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method selected and your location.

Delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather conditions, holidays, or other factors outside our control.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Tracking updates are managed by the carrier and may take 24–48 hours to become active.

SHIPPING DELAYS

While we strive to fulfill and ship orders promptly, we are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or external factors beyond our control.

LOST, STOLEN, OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

Once an order has been marked as delivered by the carrier, Nüks Nootropics is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If your package arrives damaged or appears to be missing, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can assist you.

We may require photos or additional information to investigate claims.

ADDRESS ACCURACY

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.

CHANGES OR CANCELLATIONS

Because we begin processing orders quickly, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once an order has been placed.
